1) How do I take part in the promotion?
You will have to visit any participating outlet in Philippines (supermarkets, hypermarkets, groceries, convenience stores, drug stores, petrol stores, wholesaler stores) and purchase any of the eligible products mentioned below.

b. monster energy zero sugar ultra
c. monster energy mango loco juice

After making your purchase, scan the QR code on pack or visit the promotional website.

Fill in the participation form and upload your proof of purchase (receipt). Your entry and receipt will be validated within 2 business days. 

Upon successful validation, you will receive an Email to view the list of rewards available for your selection. Upon selecting your reward, you will receive your rewards voucher code and details via your email.

3) Where can I purchase the qualifying product(s) in order to participate in this promotion?

4) Who can qualify in this promotion?
This promotion is open to Philippine residents aged 18 years old and above, at the time of entry, who remain residents for the duration of the Promotional period.
5) Who cannot qualify in this promotion?

Directors, officers, management, and employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and the Administrator, its related bodies corporate or franchisees, printers, suppliers, providers, and agencies associated with this Promotion or who have influence over the allocation of rewards are ineligible to participate in this Promotion. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or stepchild (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.

The promotion period starts on 12:01am (Philippine Time) 1 November, 2024 and ends at 11:59pm (Philippine time) on 31 December, 2024.

*Promotion period is defined as the period when the entrant can purchase the promoted qualifying products in the stores and participate in the promotion.

7) When does the Redemption period start and end?
The redemption period starts on 12:01am (Philippine Time) 1 November, 2024 and ends at 11:59pm (Philippine time) on 31 December, 2024.

*Redemption period is defined as the period when the entrant who have purchased any qualifying products within the promotional period, enters the promotion, upload receipt and select reward, are eligible to claim their reward if they have not. 

8) May I participate in this promotion more than once?
Yes, you may participate in this promotion more than once if you have purchased more than one (1) qualifying promotional product. 
9) Will my receipt be validated?
Yes, once you have successfully uploaded your receipt on the respective claim form, we will review the official receipt within 2 business days. If you have not received any email from us, you may reach out to our Customer Support team.
10) How will I know if my entry was successful or unsuccessful?
Upon submission of your entry, our Customer Support team will validate your receipt within 2 business days. If your entry is successful, you will receive the rewards website link to access the list of rewards available for your selection via email. If your entry is unsuccessful, you will be notified of the reasons why via email.

 

11) How will I receive my reward?

You will receive your rewards voucher codes and redemption details via email. Depending on the reward you select, some rewards can be claimed physically in stores, while some are online redemption vouchers.

12) Do I need to retain my physical receipt?
It is mandatory to retain or withhold a photo of your physical receipt as proof of purchase, as this would be the information we require to verify your purchase and entry, should you come across any issues.
13) Can I exchange my reward?
No, your reward cannot be exchanged for other rewards once you have received your reward voucher and reward details. Reward cannot be transferred, shared, or assigned to a different party in any other manner and/ or sale or resale. 
14) What happens if I had misplaced my reward voucher(s) and reward detail(s)? May I request for a new one?
If you have misplaced your reward voucher(s) and reward detail(s), kindly contact our promotional helpline at 1800 1550 0071 or email us at contact@monsterenergyXP.com between 9:30am – 4:30pm, Monday – Friday (excluding weekends and Indonesia public holidays). Our Customer Support team will require your personal details to locate your entry.

 

15) What happens if my contact details have changed during the promotion?
If your contact details have changed during the Promotion, it is your responsibility to notify us at our promotional helpline at 1800 1550 0071 or email us at contact@monsterenergyXP.com between 9:30am – 4:30pm, Monday – Friday (excluding weekends and Philippine public holidays).
